Our facility has recently overhauled its digital printing capabilities.
The existing fleet of Xerox Docutech 6180 cut sheet printers has been replaced with two Xerox Nuvera cut sheet production systems and one Xerox CF1050 digital web. The addition of the web printer will give us an exponential increase in printing speed and capacity over its previous systems. The Nuvera systems will compliment the speed of the web with the added capabilities to print MICR, twelve inch by eighteen inch sheets and coated stock. The Xerox Nuvera line of printers boast the highest line screen and DPI of any cut sheet printers on the market today. Additionally a new Standard Horizon SPF 20 stitching line has been added to the department to enhance finishing capacity and throughput.
We have also overhauled our digital workflow upgrading to Xerox's FreeFlow suite of workflow software. Stay tuned for additional information surrounding the workflow upgrade to understand never before seen levels of production automation. In addition to the FreeFlow software upgrade, we have migrated our variable imaging platform and invested in XMPie's U Plan and U Create applications to round-out its offerings.
