- Team Leaders manage and prioritizes workloads for customer service, oversee the production schedule and monitor the progress of all jobs assigned to the service team. If you have questions or job related issues that need to be alleviated, please contact your team lead. Call the Team Leader with critical questions and job related issues that need to be alleviated.
- Account Support Representatives are the main inside client and sales contact for the team. Call them for samples, general production updates and good advice.
- Team Administrators verify invoice accuracy and provide billing support. Any administrative questions, they can help!
- Production Planners are responsible for all production communications with our manufacturing departments. This includes preparing the job ticket, job layout, paper purchases, review of pre-flight & proofs, and outside vendor communications.
- Estimators generate all estimate requests and change order costs for the Team.
