For non-secure file transfer via web page form:
Follow the instructions below to prepare your file.
- For Macintosh files, stuff (.sitx) or create an OS/X archive (.zip)
- For PC files, use WinZip to create a .zip file
- Filenames should use only characters Aa-Zz, 0-9, dash, underscore and period
- File size must be 50 MBytes or less.
For non-secure FTP using an internet browser:
Follow the instructions below to prepare your file. Note that most internet browsers on Macintosh do not support FTP upload.
- For Macintosh files, stuff (.sitx) or create an OS/X archive (.zip)
- For PC files, use WinZip to create a .zip file
- Filenames should use only characters Aa-Zz, 0-9, dash, underscore and period
- Open the "Drop_Off" folder
- Drag the file from your desktop and drop on the open browser window
- Close the browser window when the upload has completed
- Send email to wetmorepreflight@rrd.com describing the purpose of the file and the filename

- For PC files, use WinZip to create a .zip file
- Filenames should use only characters Aa-Zz, 0-9, dash, underscore and period
Use Fetch for Mac or WS_FTP for PC similar FTP clients and the following information to open our Guest FTP site
- HOST: MTWIN02.RRD.COM
- USER: 65-wetmore-ac
- PASS: wetmore070103
- Open the "Drop_Off" folder
- Upload your file to this folder
- Disconnect once the upload has completed
- Send email to wetmorepreflight@rrd.com describing the purpose of the file and the filename
